Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your order, please return the unworn and unused goods
to us with the original receipt and with the original packaging within 7 days and we will
offer you an exchange, credit or refund.
All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface. We cannot accept return of goods
for whatever reason if they have been worn or used on hard surfaces and soles show sign of wear.
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, except where the
item is faulty. If goods are faulty we will exchange, or refund the cost of the goods on their
return. You are responsible for the returned goods and we recommend you obtain proof of
postage as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that we do not receive.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
This does not affect your legal rights, including the right to a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are judged to be faulty.
